These terms apply when you use the uNovelist presentation site, including the book reviewers and publishers directories, shortlists, the listing application and the contact form. By using the site, you agree to them. The uNovelist writing app has its own terms.
Who we are
This website is run by uNovelist. You can reach us at contact@unovelist.com.
Using the site
You may browse the site and use its directories and shortlists for free, for your own writing and publishing.
Please do not misuse the site: do not copy or scrape the directories in bulk, republish them as your own list or database, send automated or repeated requests to our forms, try to get around our spam protection, or use the site to break the law or harass anyone listed in it.
We may limit or block access for anyone who does.
The directories
The reviewers and publishers directories are a free starting point for your research. Entries are put together from publicly available information and from applications, and are checked by hand when added, but details such as submission windows, audience sizes, genres or fees can change at any time.
A listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation. Reviewers and publishers are independent: we do not represent them, cannot promise that anyone will read, review or accept your work, and are not part of any arrangement you make with them. Always check their current guidelines on their own site before you submit.
A real publisher pays you, never the other way round. Be careful with anyone who asks you for money to publish your book, and tell us at contact@unovelist.com if a listing looks wrong or out of date.
Getting listed
Listing in the reviewers directory is free. When you apply, you confirm that the information you send is accurate and that you are entitled to share it, and you allow us to show your name, public links, audience size, genres, review terms and a description of your work in the directory.
We review every application by hand and may decline it, shorten or edit the description, or remove a listing at any time, for example if the information is no longer accurate. You can ask us to change or remove your listing whenever you like by writing to contact@unovelist.com.
Shortlists, emails and the contact form
Saving a shortlist sends your list to your email address after you confirm it. The newsletter is optional and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Please do not send manuscripts, passwords or other confidential material through the contact form. We read every message, but cannot promise a reply to each one.

The uNovelist app
This site describes the uNovelist writing app, its features and its plans. Your account, subscriptions, payments and the stories you write in the app are covered by the app’s own terms, which apply if anything on this site differs from them. Prices and features shown here may change.
Our content
The texts, design, illustrations and the selection and descriptions of the directories on this site belong to uNovelist or are used with permission. You may share links to the site and quote small parts with a link back to us; please ask before reusing anything more.
Names, logos and trademarks of reviewers, publishers and platforms belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
The site links to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, publisher websites and other services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they treat you; their own terms apply once you follow a link.
No guarantees
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but provide it as it is, without a promise that it will always be complete, current or free of errors, or that it will be available without interruption.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on the directories, including decisions you make about submitting your work, or from the actions of reviewers, publishers or other sites we link to.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or takes away the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Changes and law
We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and it applies from the moment it is published here.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, and disputes go to the courts of Spain. If you live elsewhere in the European Union, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim in its courts.
If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest still applies.
